Our shipping carriers include UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL.  After we ship your order we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the carrier used and the tracking number. 

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, please email us at shipping@cookiecarnival.com with your order number and the name the order was placed under.
